Good Dog Pet Resort provides daycare, boarding, grooming services utilizing our trained staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By opting in to our SMS communications on our contact form, you agree to our SMS program terms:- Program Name & Description: Good Dog Pet Resort offers a SMS program to send appointment reminders, service updates, schedule changes, quotes, and occasional promotional messages to customers who have explicitly opted in.

- Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Justtext “STOP” to the short code or phone number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. - Cancellations and Rescheduling We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for boarding services. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Liability While we take extreme care when keeping your dog, accidents can happen. We are fully insured and bonded. Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
